To provide strong leadership and direction inthe ongoing efficient operation of the Concierge Desk, Welcome and DoorAmbassador Service as well as Airport Representative section. To pro-activelydrive and promote consistently high levels of friendly, unscripted, real and connected customerservice and recognitionthrough full implementation of all WHIDs.
