Responsible for overall
property maintenance of hotel buildings and equipment including furniture,
fittings and fixtures. Ensure engineering works within hotel operation conforms
to W Hotels Engineering Standard and local regulation. Provide professional,
advisory and executive support service to the Senior Leadership Team to achieve
the hotel's strategic goals.
