Responsible for the daily operations management of the in-room dining kitchen, ensuring that food quality, hygiene standards, and service timeliness meet hotel requirements; regularly inspecting the operational status of kitchen equipment; and coordinating with the Engineering Department for maintenance and repairs.

Strictly enforce food safety and hygiene management systems to ensure kitchen operations comply with FSQM standards; handle special requests and unexpected situations related to room service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Possess a strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate between the front office and kitchen; able to adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and holiday shifts.
