Position Overview:

The main responsibility of the Associate Director,
Food & Beverage is to assist the Director, Food & Beverage in the
overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage Division in the
section appointed. To promote team work on the base of respect, thoughtfulness,
continuous coaching, mentoring and supporting all colleagues within the
division to ultimately blow away guest. They represent the division, the Resort
and the brand and shall be at all times impeccably groomed with good posture
and sophisticated communications skills. They take pride and responsibility on
assisting Director, Food & Beverage in the overall management related to
service, guest experiences, journeys, training of colleagues, sales and
financial results.

To have complete knowledge on the Food & Beverage service available in sections appointed.

Takes pride that divisional standard operating procedures, Resort policies are explained to all colleagues and are correctly applied.

負責確保所有同事了解標準服務流程和酒店政策并正確實

Effectively monitors, participates, supports, coordinates and ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed.

有效地監控、參與、支持、協調并確保指定的部門的順利運作

Conducts regular tours of front- and heart-of-the-house of Food & Beverage restaurants to monitor service / food quality / general maintenance and cleanliness and ensures that colleagues are given a professional working environment, tools and training.?

定期巡視餐飲部前后區域,以監督服務及食品質量,日常維護和清潔,確保同事獲得專業的工作環境、工具和培訓

Conducts regular market surveys as required and discusses, plans and implement appropriate measures to increase market share with the team.

根據需要進行定期市場調查,并討論、計劃和實施適當的措施以增加市場份額

Co-ordinate with the Executive Chef / Restaurant Manager on the set-up, implementation and sales of all outlet promotions and menu planning.
