Fully in charge of Restaurant in planning and executing the events, profit & loss, training and human resources related affairs and takes ownership in maximizing profitability by enhancing sales.
全面負責餐廳的策劃和執行活動，利潤和損失，培訓和人力資源相關事務并通過提高銷售額來獲得利潤
Provide functional assistance and direction to the Food & Beverage operation as assigned.
