1.完成各自負責銷售區域的客房及宴會銷售目標?
2.在市場銷售總監的監督下，履行酒店賦予的職責。?
3.通過保持與其負責區域客戶的聯系來進一步提高酒店的知名度。
4.保存和更新銷售記錄。
5.監督下級員工按時完成當日所有工作。
崗位職責：
Monitor and evaluate local, national and international market trends, and the competitors’ sales initiatives, in order to ensure the positioning of the Resort competitive and cutting edge.
監控并評估本地、全國和國際市場趨勢，以及競爭對手的銷售活動，從而確保酒店的定位創新并有競爭力。
Monitor marketing requirements and opportunities to assist market segment growth; analyses and execute online and offline wedding marketing opportunities.
通過監控市場需求和機遇來協助市場的增長；分析并執行線上和線下的婚禮市場機會。
Plan and execute sales activities based on business priorities; undertake sales call, sales blitz, sales trips, inspections, familiarizations and entertainments as required.
根據業務重心計劃并執行銷售活動；進行銷售拜訪、銷售差旅活動、酒店考察、客人宴請活動。
Participate in the preparation of Annual Commercial Plan. Achieve business goals budgeted in Annual Commercial Plan.
參與準備年度商業計劃。并達到年度商業計劃中的預期目標。
Enhance detailed product knowledge of the Resort facilities and service; ensure all employees maintain an updated awareness of the Resort product knowledge, sales and marketing promotions.
加強酒店設施和服務相關的產品知識；確保所有的員工了解更新的產品知識和市場銷售推廣。
Ensure the punctuality and appearance of sales and marketing team in professional manner; ensure the correct uniform or business attire during all internal and external sales and marketing activities, according to the Resort and department’s grooming standards.
確保專業準時的形象；根據酒店和部門的儀容儀表標準，確保在對內和對外的市場銷售活動中維持專業的職業形象。
