崗位職責/職位描述
Job description 工作職責：
1、全面負責酒店聯盟渠道與本酒店收益管理，統籌定價、房量、渠道、預測及團隊業務策略，聯動集團與聯盟伙伴實現RevPAR、ADR 及市場份額持續提升，保障酒店收益優化
Overall responsible for hotel cluster channel and overall hotel revenue management, manage pricing, inventory, distribution, forecasting and group business strategies, cooperate with the Group and cluster partners to continuously improve RevPAR, ADR and market share, and maximize hotel revenue.
2、收益策略與預測｜Revenue Strategy & Forecasting
制定周 / 日預測與動態定價，優化客源結構與房量管控，確保旺季溢價、淡季轉化，達成收益目標。
Develop weekly/daily forecasts and dynamic pricing, optimize market segment mix and inventory control, ensure high-season premium and low-season conversion to achieve revenue goals.
3、渠道與價格管理｜Channel & Rate Management
統籌集團、聯盟、OTA、GDS 等全渠道價格一致性與房態同步，分析渠道效能，提升高收益渠道占比。
Manage rate parity and inventory synchronization across Group, cluster hotels, OTA, GDS and all channels, analyze channel performance and increase high-yield channel ratio.
4、團隊業務管控｜Group Business Control
審核團隊房價與房量，管控預留、截單、洗房及免升 / 免房，確保收益優化。
Review group rates and rooms, manage blocks, cut-off dates, wash-down, upgrades and comp rooms; strictly control yield discipline for revenue maximized.
5、市場與競品分析｜Market & Competition Analysis
監控市場趨勢、競品房價 / 入住率 / RevPAR，輸出分析并制定應對策略。
Monitor market trends, competitor’s rate, occupancy and RevPAR, provide analysis and develop counter strategies.
6、跨部門協同｜Cross-department Collaboration
協同銷售、前廳、預訂、財務等落地收益策略，主持收益例會，推動 Upselling 與轉化。
Cooperate with Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Finance to implement revenue strategies, chair revenue meetings, and drive upselling and conversion.
7、系統與數據｜System & Data Management
維護收益管理系統，確保數據準確，按時輸出日報、周報、月報。
Maintain revenue management systems, ensure data accuracy, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on time.
任職要求｜Requirements
大專及以上，流利中英文讀寫說｜College or above, fluent in English (written & spoken)
5 年以上國際奢華品牌/度假酒店收益管理經驗｜5+ years revenue management experience in international luxury/resort hotels
精通動態定價、渠道管理、預測與房量管控｜Proficient in dynamic pricing, channel management, forecasting and inventory control
強數據分析、決策力與跨部門協同能力｜Strong data analysis, decision-making and cross-departmental coordination
