【崗位職責(zé)】
1、與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯(lián)系。
2、高效認(rèn)知和掌握銷售線索。
3、代表酒店參加國(guó)際及國(guó)內(nèi)的銷售活動(dòng)。
4、發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造力，為酒店的產(chǎn)品及部門做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
5、仔細(xì)計(jì)劃與客戶的會(huì)面，對(duì)預(yù)定的客戶實(shí)施客戶關(guān)系管理，完成銷售目標(biāo)。
6、在所負(fù)責(zé)的市場(chǎng)區(qū)域內(nèi)，監(jiān)視和報(bào)告市場(chǎng)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者的情況。
7、準(zhǔn)備銷售報(bào)告，確保市場(chǎng)及客戶信息的準(zhǔn)確性，以便于工作的跟進(jìn)。
8、積極地傳播產(chǎn)品信息，在負(fù)責(zé)的市場(chǎng)內(nèi)營(yíng)造酒店的知名度。
9、在所負(fù)責(zé)的區(qū)域內(nèi)，與市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)一起計(jì)劃銷售攻勢(shì)，并確保其實(shí)現(xiàn)。
10、主動(dòng)參與，完成各種銷售報(bào)告。
11、協(xié)助計(jì)劃和配合銷售活動(dòng)。
12、協(xié)助配合開發(fā)制作所有酒店促銷材料。
13、管理客戶檔案數(shù)據(jù)庫，手工或以電腦更新客戶檔案。
14、不斷地對(duì)下屬員工給予持續(xù)建議及支持。
15、執(zhí)行上級(jí)要求的任務(wù)，完成市場(chǎng)銷售目標(biāo)。
16、遵守酒店酒店的員工守則。
17、遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。
18、堅(jiān)持不斷的對(duì)自己的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析評(píng)估。
19、完成上級(jí)交給的其他任務(wù)
【崗位要求】
1、具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能，了解所負(fù)責(zé)部門對(duì)各職位的責(zé)任。
2、掌握使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其它主要電腦系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)。
3、掌握應(yīng)用銷售及前臺(tái)的電腦系統(tǒng)。
4、了解商務(wù)旅游、旅游業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，會(huì)議旅游及餐飲銷售。
5、能夠掌握和理解市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
6、必須具備良好的中，英文讀寫能力。
7、良好的電腦技能，至少會(huì)使用微軟2003或以上操作系統(tǒng)、微軟辦公軟件2003或更高版本、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其它的流行出版軟件。
8、良好的人際交往和溝通技巧。
9、獨(dú)立工作和團(tuán)隊(duì)工作的能力。
