崗位職責/職位描述
1.??????Ensure Front Officeoperates successfully and efficiently in accordance with MarriottInternational?
brand standards.
確保前廳部能按照萬豪國際的標準順利并高效的運行。
2.??????Ensure that alldaily VIP rooms, special guest rooms, long stay guest rooms arrivals areblocked in advance and welcome amenities are appropriately ordered.
確保每日的貴賓、特殊客人、長住客的房間在客人到店前的房間鎖定狀態并保證禮品能適時適當的
配置。
3.??????Work closely withHousekeeping and Engineering Departments to ensure that rooms are blocked and maintenanceaccordingly.
與管家部及工程部保持緊密的聯系以確保房間能得到及時的封閉及維護。
4.??????Ensure strict control of room keys for guestsand other departments.
確保對客用及其他部門所用客房鑰匙的嚴格管理。
5.??????Ensure that allfloats are used appropriately in accordance to Policies & Procedures set bythe hotel and that personnel with access to floats comply with internationalPolicies & Procedures established by Finance.
確保整個前廳部資金運轉能夠按照本酒店及酒店財務部所制定的政策及程序實施。
6.??????Cooperate with theExecutive Housekeeper to ensure standard are met and any faults/ repair areaddressed.
與行政管家通力合作以確保酒店各種標準能夠得到執行,錯誤能夠得以改正。
7.??????Liaise with theReservations Department to ensure the proper market data, and eventuallymaximizes the average room prices.
與預定部相協調以確保得到正確的市場數據,最終使得平均房價最大化。
8.??????Ensure that thedaily GSM report is properly and clearly updated and all traces are properly flowedup in a timely basis.
確保每日當班賓客服務經理工作報告能得到清晰及準確的更新,確保各種事項的及時跟進。
9.??????Ensure that commercial management skills arefully developed to maximize room sales.
確保商業管理技能得到充分發揮以獲得房間銷售的最大化。
10.???Make the decision and guides the management tosolve the overbooking problem.
在酒店出現超額預定時做出相應決策并指導管理層實施解決。
