3.熟知部門的標準和程序；
4.準確操作入住,退房和換房的電腦系統,保證和預定一致,及與其他部門緊密協作滿足客人要求；
5.確保前臺區域清潔；
6.確保備用金的準確性，和報表相對應的現金交易；
7.為客人提供外幣和旅行支票兌換服務；

13.夜班期間，檢查所有的相關報表，準備次日的報表和次日到達客人相關報表；
14.熟悉全面的知識技能,包括預定的程序,電郵和留言的讀取,預定系統的操作；
15.行為和表現和酒店品牌保持一致 ；
16.檢查確保前臺工作區域的干凈和有條理；
17.為酒店的會員、回頭客和貴賓提高品質服務；
18.熟悉酒店安全，急救，消防，和緊急情況的處理程序，并能正確的使用相關的設備；
19.向主管通報存在的潛在危險；
20.完成主管分配的其它工作；
