崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
1. Supervises team members at the HR Office ensuring the department’s daily operation is running smoothly and team members discipline is adhered to.
督導人力資源部的員工的日常工作，以確保日常部門運作的順利進行和員工紀律的正確實施。
2. Liaise with local government authorities regarding labor law, labor relations and arbitration cases.
和政府部門保持密切關系，及時更新在勞動法律、勞動關系和勞動仲裁方面的信息。
3. Prepares procedure released concerning the labor contracts for team members.
準備勞動合同相關的政策程序。
4. Develops and maintains anteam member relations program, include social and sports activities, service award programs, and employee counseling to increase team member’s satisfaction.
建立并且發展員工關系系統以提高員工滿意度，其中包括各項社會以及體育活動，服務獎項和員工咨詢等。
5. Takes charge of recruitment according to hotel business requirement and the manning situation.
根據酒店的經營需要和人員現狀，及時有效的完成招聘任務。
6. Handle the check in/out for Level 8 and above team members.
負責8級及以上員工入職和離職手續。
7. Supervises and checks all records on sick leave, medical expenses, misconduct and Personnel Action Form.
監督檢查所有休假、醫療費用、違紀以及人員變動表格的正確管理和操作。
8. Supervises and support the HRsupervisorto manage the team member facility.
指導人事主管管理好員工設施。
9. Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas and team member areas, including, but not limited to, the team member restaurant and locker rooms.
保證工作區域及員工區域的安全及衛生，如員工餐廳、倒班宿舍等。
10. Supervises and support HR supervisor to keep the fluent and right operation on B&C.
指導人事部主管有條不紊的處理好所有員工薪酬福利方面的運作。

任職資格：
1. Fluent in written and spoken English.
英文書寫及口語流利。
2. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
良好口頭及書面溝通技巧。
3. Good relationship with the local labor bureau and government agencies.
與本地勞動局及政府機關保持良好關系。
4. Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws.
熟悉國家及本地法律。
5. Thorough knowledge of salary, employment and benefits administration and payroll.
熟悉掌握工資、聘用及福利管理技巧。
6. Must possess basic computational ability.
基本掌握計算機技能。
