崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
·?Support the kitchen?chef in the overall smooth operation of the?kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
協(xié)助廚師長(zhǎng)確保廚房運(yùn)作的正常進(jìn)行，以提供高效率的服務(wù)。
·?Participates in making food requisitions.
根據(jù)要求參與制作服務(wù)。
·?Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.
當(dāng)接到指示時(shí)，進(jìn)行所有食品的準(zhǔn)備工作。
·?Ensures safe and correct use the equipment, tools and machinery.
保證安全、正確的使用廚房的設(shè)備、工具和機(jī)器。
·?Assists the kitchen?chef in planning and organizing the?section assigned to.
協(xié)助廚師長(zhǎng)，對(duì)于所分配的 工作區(qū)域，有組織、有計(jì)劃的工作。
·?Be sure that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.
保證制服干凈、整潔。
·?Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.

·?Responsible for the staff ?hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas.
