MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 崗位概要:
1. Develop a thorough knowledge of room locations, room types, rates, discounts, hotel facilities and their hours of operation, special promotions etc.
熟悉酒店客房位置、類型、房價、折扣、酒店設施、營業時間以及特殊促銷等。
2. Go through relevant information about arrivals during shift; VIP,? member, regular guests, groups, etc. Room status functions.
了解當班預計抵店客人信息，包括貴賓、會員、常客、團體客人等，檢查房間狀態和功能。
3. Greet guests with a smile and eye contact using the guest’s name.
以微笑和歡迎的目光交流迎接客人，并使用客人姓名稱呼客人。
4. Responsible for obtaining proper payment details and other registration information from the guest.
認真地、準確地獲取客人付款細節以及其它登記信息。
5. Assign adequate room as per reservation and request from guest.
根據預訂及客人要求分配房間。
6. Prepare key packet, explain room key and wish a pleasant stay.
準備房間鑰匙套，解釋房間鑰匙使用方法并祝愿客人住店愉快。
7. Enter the guest-details in the guest profile in the computer, with any special requests when applicable.
把客人詳細資料輸入電腦系統，并注明客人的特殊需求。
JOB SPECIFICATION 崗位要求:
1. general good attitude and appearance and with potential to easily learn the skills.
五官端正、積極的態度和學習的能力。
2. Good communication skill.
良好的溝通技巧。
3. University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred.
具有酒店專業或相關專業大學專科學歷者優先考慮。
