MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 崗位概要:
1. To achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, training and high employee morale.
實(shí)現(xiàn)本部門(mén)在客人滿(mǎn)意率、利潤(rùn)收入指標(biāo)、提高員工士氣等方面為達(dá)到目標(biāo)。
2. Ensure all the staff carry out the tasks according to the S&P
確保員工按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與程序完成任務(wù)。
3. Manage cash handling procedures.
管理現(xiàn)金的兌付和每日的結(jié)帳工作。
4. Assist with the Planning and Implementation of Sales & Marketing Strategies.
協(xié)助市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)戰(zhàn)略的計(jì)劃和實(shí)施。
5. Manage Purchasing & Stock Control.
管理采購(gòu)/存貨控制。
6. Training, development and rostering of staff.
培訓(xùn)、發(fā)展和管理員工。
JOB SPECIFICATION 崗位要求:
1. Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for 2-3years.
2-3年其他高星級(jí)酒店類(lèi)似主管/副理職位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Good leadership skills / good training conducting skills /strong organization skills
