
【崗位職責】
1.Devise and plan of company policies and discuss them with the top
management for final approval.
制定公司政策計劃,并與高層管理討論以最終批準。
2.Develop guidelines of operation for certain processes, which are
directly under his authority.
制定所管轄的相關工作流程及操作指南。
3.Devise and set up an annual budget and fiscal plan.
制定并建立年度預算和財務計劃。
4.Prepare elaborate reports of the functioning of all the
departments under his authority, and submit reports to the top management for
performance review.
準備所有歸其管轄部門的運營管理報告,并向高層管理層提交報告以進行績效評估。
5.Important part in recruiting and training the managers under him.
在招聘和培訓其下屬經理方面扮演重要角色。
6.Initiate activities for improving customer satisfaction.
發起提升客戶滿意度的活動。
7.Ensure that the overall quality standard of the hotel is
maintained according to LQA and company standards.
確保根據LQA和公司標準保持酒店的整體質量標準。
8.Hire and manage a management team.
招聘和管理管理團隊。
9.Overall management of hotel?employees.
酒店員工的整體管理。
10.Budgeting and financial management.
預算編制和財務管理。
11.Create and enforce business objectives and goals.
制定并執行商業業務目標和計劃。
12.Manage emergencies and other
major issues involving guests, employees, or the facility.
處理客人、員工或設施相關的緊急事件及其他重大問題。
13.Public relations with the media, local governments.
與媒體、地方政府的公共關系。
14.Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time
according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

【崗位要求】
1.Chinese Nationality
中國國籍。
2.Fluent in English
英語流利。
3.International Chain Hotels Experience. Minimum 10 years’
experience in managerial positions which must include 3 years as GM in a Luxury
International Brand.
國際連鎖酒店經驗。至少10年管理職位經驗,其中必須包括3年在國際奢華品牌擔任總經理的經歷。
4.Strong and full Competency in Food & Beverage Operations with
large capacity, Strong Financial Aptitude, Good Knowledge of Sales &
Marketing, Proficient in Analytics.
在大規模餐飲運營方面具備強大且全面的能力,具備較強的財務能力,熟悉銷售市場知識,精通數據分析。
