崗位職責：
1、建立并管理一個高效的廚房團隊、監(jiān)督所有廚房的出品
2、與各廚房一起預計、制定和監(jiān)控每日市場采購單，關注食品成本控制
3、協(xié)助開展新菜肴的試菜和開發(fā)工作
4、充分理解并嚴格遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度，例如消防，衛(wèi)生檢疫以及健康安全等
5、監(jiān)督所有供應食品的質(zhì)量與數(shù)量
6、經(jīng)常檢查廚房設備，做好維護工作
7、參與菜單計劃，推薦新菜，并聯(lián)系組織所有相關廚房和餐廳執(zhí)行新菜的推廣。
8、確保員工執(zhí)行正確的衛(wèi)生程序，檢查和控制所有相關政策，協(xié)助廚房衛(wèi)生醫(yī)生 監(jiān)控國家規(guī)定的執(zhí)行情況
要求：
1、有品牌酒店，高端私廚同職位工作經(jīng)驗3年以上
2、中廚背景
3、熟悉云南菜系出品的優(yōu)先考慮
國際聯(lián)號工作經(jīng)歷：優(yōu)先計算機能力：良好年齡要求：30-40歲
