【崗位職責(zé)】
1、負責(zé)中廚房菜品的前期準(zhǔn)備工作，包括食材清洗、切配、腌制等基礎(chǔ)加工
2、協(xié)助主廚完成菜品裝盤、擺盤及裝飾工作，確保出品美觀
3、負責(zé)廚房用具的清潔、消毒及歸位，保持工作區(qū)域整潔衛(wèi)生
4、及時補充廚房所需食材和調(diào)料，做好物料管理
5、配合廚師團隊完成每日餐前準(zhǔn)備及餐后收尾工作
6、遵守食品安全規(guī)范及廚房操作流程，確保食品安全
【崗位要求】
1、具備基礎(chǔ)的廚房操作知識，了解常見食材處理方式
2、能夠適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏工作環(huán)境，具備較強的團隊協(xié)作意識
3、工作細致認(rèn)真，有責(zé)任心，能承受一定工作壓力
4、身體健康，無傳染性疾病，持有有效健康證
5、愿意學(xué)習(xí)烹飪技能，對餐飲行業(yè)有熱情
6、能適應(yīng)輪班工作制，包括周末和節(jié)假日
