Job Responsibilities

1.Serve as a key member of the hotel management team, working closely with the General Manager and department heads to provide financial and commercial advice that supports overall business decisions.
作為酒店管理團隊成員,與GM及各部門負責人緊密合作,為酒店整體經營決策提供財務及商業建議。
2.Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and business planning to ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational goals.
主導年度預算、滾動預測及經營計劃制定,確保財務目標與業務目標保持一致。
3.Regularly analyze hotel performance, including key indicators such as revenue, profit, cost,productivity, and cash flow, to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
定期分析酒店經營表現,包括收入、利潤、成本、生產力及現金流等關鍵指標,識別風險與機會,并提出改善建議。
4.Use data-driven insights to support business departments in developing more effective operating strategies, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved profitability.
通過數據分析支持業務部門制定更有效的經營策略,推動收入提升、成本優化及盈利能力改善。
5.Establish and continuously enhance financial management mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of financial reporting, internal controls, and related processes.
建立并持續優化財務管理機制,確保財務核算、內部控制及各項流程的準確性、合規性和有效性。
6.Oversee revenue management, accounts receivable, cash planning, and daily finance operations to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and complete.
監督營收管理、應收賬款、資金計劃及日常財務運作,確保財務數據真實、及時、完整。
7.Work closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, and other departments to strengthen cross-functional communication and improve resource allocation efficiency.
與運營、銷售、采購、人力資源等部門保持良好協作,推動跨部門溝通及資源配置效率。
8.Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, enhancing both technical capability and business understanding to better support hotel operations.
管理并發展財務團隊,提升團隊專業能力、業務理解能力及支持經營的能力。
9.Maintain professional relationships with owners, auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other external stakeholders in support of the hotel’s overall business development.
維護與業主、審計、稅務、銀行及其他外部合作方的專業關系,支持酒店整體業務發展。
Qualifications
崗位要求
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related discipline.
財務、會計、金融或相關專業本科及以上學歷。
2.Minimum 10 years of hotel finance management experience, including experience as the head of finance or in an equivalent leadership role.
具備10年以上酒店財務管理經驗,其中應包含擔任財務負責人或同等管理崗位的經驗。
3.Strong professional knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, and internal controls, with a solid understanding of hotel operations and business models.
具備扎實的財務、會計、稅務及內控專業知識,同時對酒店運營及業務模式有較強理解。
4.Strong business partnering capability, with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business recommendations and effectively support management decision-making.
具備較強的商務合作能力,能夠將財務分析轉化為可執行的經營建議,并有效支持管理層決策。
5.Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to identify issues from a business perspective and drive improvement.
具備良好的商業敏感度、數據分析能力及問題解決能力,能夠從經營角度識別問題并推動改善。
6.Excellent cross-functional communication, influencing, and team management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments.
具備優秀的跨部門溝通、影響推動及團隊管理能力,能夠與不同職能團隊建立高效合作關系。
7.Strong professional integrity, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
具備成熟的職業操守、責任感及抗壓能力。
8、Familiar with hotel finance systems and related office software; good command of English is preferred.
熟悉酒店財務系統及相關辦公軟件,英文溝通能力良好者優先。
