Duties and Responsibilities工作職責
Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team
按照酒店銷售團隊的要求準備所有的管理性文件
Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner
禮貌性的對電話,郵件進行回復
Co-ordinate all team and site inspections as required
根據要求協調酒店視察
Attend monthly sales meetings?
參加銷售月會
Attend to all events sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base
收發會議銷售部所有的通信郵件,維護數據庫系統
Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors
Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans
協助編輯每年的市場預算,商務計劃和行動計劃
Assist with tender submissions
協助遞交投標
Work with other ICHG properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties

Liaison with advertising agency

Execute advertising/creative briefs in a timely manner
