工作職責：
1. 參加、實施員工培訓并負責下屬人員的工作指導，確保本樓層所有下屬人員都具備所需的專業知識、工作技能、推銷技巧以及良好的服務、工作態度和合作精神。
2. 認真遵守、嚴格執行酒店和部門的各項規章制度、工作程序和標準。檢查下屬出勤狀況、儀容儀表、行為規范、服務、工作態度、合作精神以及工作效率和質量。
3. 檢查所管轄的公區區域及所有房間，確保客房的衛生質量、客用品、棉織品的擺放應符合標準；各種電器設備工作正常并按要求填寫工作報表。
4. 控制客用品、清潔用品的領取、發放、做好成本控制。做好與其它部門的溝通、配合工作。
5. 做好各種機器設備、用具、用品以及客房內所有設施的管理和維護。當班結束時，做好交接班工作。
6. 按照上級要求做好固定資產盤點和每月盤點工作。
7. 定期對下屬進行績效評估，并向樓層助理提出合理建議。
