·掌握消防監(jiān)控中心和治安監(jiān)控中心的操作流程，熟悉消防設(shè)施、器材和電視監(jiān)控探頭的分布位置，做好消防設(shè)備、器材的使用管理，定期進(jìn)行檢查，確保完好、有效。
·主持班前會(huì)和班后會(huì)，檢查人才的儀容儀表和安保通訊裝備，明確當(dāng)天的工作重點(diǎn)和任務(wù)要求，講評(píng)每天的工作情況，及時(shí)糾正工作中的問(wèn)題。
·負(fù)責(zé)辦理酒店改、擴(kuò)建和二次裝修工程中有關(guān)消防設(shè)施的申報(bào)審批工作，檢查施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的防火安全，做好明火作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)護(hù)工作。
·對(duì)重大安全事故要保護(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，迅速組織調(diào)查，并上報(bào)上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和公安機(jī)關(guān)。
·對(duì)新入店的人才進(jìn)行崗前安全培訓(xùn)，對(duì)在崗人才進(jìn)行安全知識(shí)教育與安全素質(zhì)核查。
