職位：Laundry Supervisor 洗衣房主管
崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責·Responsible for the normal operation of linen, staff uniforms and guest clothes washing and ironing.
·Responsible for the department staff training, business guidance and assessment.
·Supervise the work safety and health management, and actively advocate the environmental awareness of "green hotel".
·Supervise the staff to wipe and maintain washing equipment, and establish good working relationship with neighboring departments.
·Educate staff to comply with hotel rules and regulations and work procedures; Do a good job in the ideological work of employees.
·Master the performance of washing equipment, all kinds of textile goods and washing products, and achieve high efficiency and low consumption and control costs under the premise of ensuring quality.
·負責酒店的布草、員工制服和客衣的洗滌熨燙工作的正常運作。
·負責本部門員工的培訓工作，進行業務指導及考核。
·監督安全生產及衛生管理工作，積極倡導“綠色酒店”環保意識。
·督導員工擦拭保養洗滌設備，與友鄰部門建立良好的工作聯系。
·教育員工遵守飯店各項規章制度和崗位工作規程；做好員工的思想工作。
·掌握洗燙設備、各類紡織物品和洗滌用品性能，在保證質量的前提下，做到高效低耗，控制成本。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·Technical secondary school or above.
·At least 2 years working experience in laundry management.
·Familiar with the professional knowledge of the department, familiar with the use and maintenance of washing equipment, have a certain English foundation.
·Good health,professional training.
·中專以上學歷。
·2年以上洗衣部管理工作經驗。
·熟悉部門專業知識，熟悉洗滌設備的使用與保養，有一定英語基礎。
·身體健康，受過專業培訓。
