職位：Restaurant & Bar Supervisor 餐廳酒吧主管
崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責·In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
·Strictly implement hygiene standards, keep the bar and operation area clean and tidy, and meet food safety requirements.
·Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
·Prepare various classic cocktails, innovative beverages and non-alcoholic drinks according to the standard recipe.
·Familiar with various types of spirits, such as whisky and wine, and proficient in cocktail mixing.
·Strictly implement the management of beverage inventory, conduct daily beverage inventory checks and replenish consumables.
·當經理不在場時，負責人才的監督和管理指導，確保部門的正常運行。
·嚴格執行衛生規范，保持吧臺及操作區域干凈整潔，符合食品安全要求。
·保持高水平的酒店產品和服務知識，以便向客人解釋和介紹相關的服務設施。
·根據標準配方調制各類經典雞尾酒、創新飲品及無酒精飲料
·熟悉各類烈酒、威士忌、葡萄酒，精通雞尾酒的調配
·嚴格執行酒水庫存管理做好每日酒水盤點及耗材補充
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·Master various knowledge about alcoholic beverages and cocktail-making techniques, and be familiar with the mainstream methods of cocktail preparation.
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·掌握各類酒水知識及調酒技術，熟悉主流雞尾酒調制方法
·良好的口頭及書面溝通能力
·至少2年酒店相關運做經驗，最好具有國際連鎖酒店工作經驗
·全日制大專（含）以上學歷
·餐飲服務的各方面豐富經驗
