崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
·Contributes to guest satisfaction and safety by respecting hygiene standards and procedures.???
·Cleans and maintains crockery, equipment and the kitchens.?
·Ensures everything is tidy during the washing process and in storage.
·To assistant Manage the inventory of washing-up products and when stocks are expected to run out.?
·Responsible for providing the necessary supplies and equipment to the kitchen and dining area, and planning and equipping the tableware and items for events such as banquets.
·通過(guò)尊重衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序來(lái)提高客人的滿意度和安全性;
·清洗和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)廚房設(shè)備;
·確保在洗滌和儲(chǔ)存過(guò)程中保持廚房整潔;
·協(xié)助管事部經(jīng)理管理庫(kù)存的洗滌產(chǎn)品,當(dāng)產(chǎn)品快用盡的時(shí)候及時(shí)報(bào)告 ;
·負(fù)責(zé)向廚房、餐廳提供所需用品和設(shè)備,籌劃和配備宴會(huì)等活動(dòng)的餐具和物品。
Knowledge and Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
·Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
·2 years in industry experience, minimum 1 years as Asst. Chief Steward.
·Experience in similar size/style of hotel?5*, 6* resort/business.
·大專(zhuān)或酒店或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域;
·具有2年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少要有1年的管事部副經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
·具有五星級(jí)及以上酒店、度假酒店、商務(wù)型酒店的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
