職位：Restaurant & Bar Manager 餐廳酒吧經理
崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責·Responsible for managing the lobby bar and the dining bar, providing excellent customer service to guests, training personnel and carrying out work in accordance with the established guidelines;
·Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
·Record sales,complaints, solutions and equipment.
·To ensure that an effective marketing approach is applied to all outlets in his Food and Beverage Operations
·Familiar with various types of spirits, such as whisky and wine, and proficient in cocktail mixing.
·負責管大堂吧和餐酒吧，為客人提供優質的對客服務，培訓人才并在既定指導方針下開展工作;
·推動銷售達到收益最大化;
·做好銷售、賓客投訴、解決辦法及相關人才、設備的記錄;
·確保一個適用于他所有餐飲運作部門的有效營銷方法;
·熟悉各類烈酒，威士忌，葡萄酒，精通雞尾酒的調配。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 5-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·HotelRestaurant Manaqement qraduate
·Associate degree or above.
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants serice.
·良好的口頭及書面溝通能力;
·至少5年酒店相關運做經驗，最好具有國際連鎖酒店工作經驗;
·酒店管理專業畢業;
·全日制大專(含)以上學歷;
·餐飲服務的各方面豐富經驗。
