崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
·Responsible for the daily purchase of fresh ingredients for the hotel, including vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, eggs,干貨, seasonings, etc., to ensure stable supply for the catering department.
·Keep in contact and negotiate with suppliers, verify and authorize the purchase requisitions and purchase orders as required taking into consideration the economy and quality used is in accordance to Hotel standards. Liaise with and advise other departments on the status of purchasing, time of delivery and maintain full and up-date information of store inventory.
·Negotiate with selected suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
·Keep close contact with the suppliers for obtaining updated and relevant market information for effective product negotiation.
·In case find any bribery behavior happened, purchasing talent must inform the Purchasing manager and take a warning to supplier’s behavior.
· Promptly handle any abnormal situations regarding supplier deliveries, such as stock shortages, non-compliant quality, delays, etc.
·負責酒店日常生鮮食材采購,包括蔬菜、水果、肉類、水產、禽蛋、干貨、調味料等,保障餐飲部穩定供應;
·保持與供應商的聯系與交涉,對申購單進行比較及批準,嚴格按照優質、經濟的原則及酒店使用標準采購用品。建議并及時通知其他部門所申購物品情況,監督貨物到達時間,及能滿足營運要求的庫存;
·與多家可選的供應商進行商談并獲得有競爭力的報價單;
·隨時關注市場價格變化,及時更新信息以確保獲得最經濟的產品;
·如發現有任何供應商有賄賂采購部人才行為應立即對其提出警告并上報采購部經理;
·及時處理供應商供貨異常,如缺貨、品質不達標、延遲等問題。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·College degree or above.
·2 years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
·With capability of communication and coordination.
·Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility.
·大專或以上學歷;
·兩年以上國際品牌酒店相關工作的經驗;
·有較強的溝通協調和管理能力;
·能較好完成上述工作職責規定的各項任務。
