· 每月對關鍵部門進行檢查，檢查的崗位的包括：配電室、熱力機房、電梯機房、電話總機、消防水泵房。檢查的內容：滅火器的配備使用情況，防火制度的落實及執行情況。
· 使全店上崗人才知曉防火常識、滅火常識、會報警、會協助救援、會逃生自救。在人才與文化部的安排下對全店人才和新入店人才進行消防常識的培訓。
· 協作部門經理，每年根據需修改并簽定與長住公司、承包單位、各部門、施工單位的消防安全協議書。
· 維護對外聯絡和協作關系。熟悉國家相應的法律法規，提高自身的工作能力。

Knowledge and Experience 知識和經驗
· High School diploma.
· Hotel security head foreman for more than 3 years.
· Fire management certificate issued by fire station.
· The management certificate issued by the Public Security Bureau.
