· Assistant Executive Floor Manager development appropriate for business volume.
協助行政酒廊經理完成預算
· Maintains details record of all incidents and write down the GXPimmediately to reported to Club Manager or Duty Manager.
堅持將日常的重大事故在第一時間輸入到GXP系統并告知行政樓層經理或值班經理
· Maintains a record of guest feedback and takes remedial action toresolve problems.
保留客人反饋的記錄，并采用補救措施以解決客人問題
· Follows up on ongoing guest dissatisfaction as reported in GXP
