職位:Assist. Human Resources Manager 人力資源副經理
崗位職責/職位描述
1.Assist in the implementation and execution of the corresponding annual target plans of the Human Resources Department, and ensure their successful completion.
協助執行并執行人力資源部相應年度目標計劃并確保落實完成。
2.Ensure that departmental activities comply with the group's brand standards and the unified guidelines of the human resources department, and that the hotel's activities are carried out in a proper manner.
確保部門活動符合集團品牌標準及人力資源部的統一方針,酒店的活動得到合理的執行。
3.Suggest and participate in the review, maintenance and guarantee of the compliance and legality of all human resources policies and execution procedures of the department. Assist the management in formulating and improving corresponding hotel management policies, and carry out the tasks of publicity, training, communication and implementation.
建議并參與審核、保持及保證執行所有人力資源部政策及執行程序的合規合法性。協助管理層制定并完善相應酒店管理政策,并做好宣傳、培訓、溝通以及落實。
4.Participate in the formulation of the annual human resources budget and monthly forecasts, and ensure cost control.
參與制定人力資源年度預算和月度預測并做好成本控制。
5.Be responsible for the overall daily operations, personnel and talent management of the human resources department. Assist and guide department managers in enhancing their ability to manage team members and performance.
負責人力資源部職能部門的整體日常工作、人員及人才管理。協助并指導部門經理提升對團隊人員及績效管理的能力。
6.Supervise the recruitment and selection process of the hotel, and provide effective recruitment plans for the department director or manager. Maintain good communication with various recruitment channels and partner universities to carry out innovative cooperation, build a favorable employer brand image of the enterprise, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
監督酒店的招聘和挑選程序,為部門總監或經理提供有效招聘方案。與各招聘渠道及合作院校保持良好溝通進行創新型合作,打造良好的企業雇主品牌形象提升招聘效率。
7.Developsand maintains an team memberrelations program.建立并且發展員工關系系統以提高員工滿意度。8.Maintainsafety and cleanliness of work areas and teammember areas, including, but not limited to,the team member restaurantand locker rooms.
保證工作區域及員工區域的安全及衛生,如員工餐廳、倒班宿舍等。
崗位要求:
1.At least 2 years of working experience in the same position of international hotel brands or in human resource management positions.
至少兩年國際酒店品牌同崗位或人力資源管理崗位工作經歷。
