mise-en-place?(forms,?stationeries?etc.),?service?procedures,?standards?of
cleanliness?and?hygiene,?repair?and?maintenance,?and?employee?grooming.
????工作布置到位（表格，文具等），做好服務程序，清潔衛生，維修保養和員工的培養。
3.??To?carry?out?administrative
requirements?as?directed.
????落實行政要求指示。
4.??Handles?all?incoming?and
outgoing?mail,?documenting?as?required.
????按要求處理所有進出郵件，和文件。
5.??Co-ordinates?guest
transportation?requirements?and?takes?corrective?action?in?the?event?of
anticipated?problems.
????協調客人的用車需求，并對可能出現的問題采取正確的措施。
6.??Monitors?the?general?condition,
cleanliness?and?maintenance?of?the?buggies?and?takes?appropriate?action?where
necessary.
