招聘OTA方向、旅行社方向

1.在適當時接待和款待客人來店實地考察；
2.建立和保持與固定客人的良好關系；
3.禮貌并有效地處理客人和員工的詢問，并向上匯報投訴或問題如果無法立即處理問題，要保證及時跟進處理；
4.細心安排銷售拜訪達到既定目標；
5.準備并確保所有的銷售訂單及時傳送給相關部門。

1.Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required;
2.Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities;
3.Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems.?If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in atimely manner;
4.Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives;
5.Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.
