崗位職責/職位描述
【職位描述】
1.確保所有的菜肴符合菜譜的標準。
2.協助員餐廚師長,根據員工提出的建議和意見,積極做好改進工作。
3.協助員餐廚師長,按時完成員餐菜單編制工作。
4.協助廚師長和副廚師長充分落實酒店的標準。
Job Descriptions
1.Ensures that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.
2.Assists Chef de Cuisine of Associate Restaurant to make positive improvements in accordance with suggestions from associates.
3.Assists Chef de Cuisine of Associate Restaurant to plan the Associate Restaurant menus in a promptly fashion.
4.Assists the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.
【任職要求】
1.廚師培訓的學位或證書。
2.良好的食品衛生方面知識;
3.具有基本廚師技能;
4.在酒店或高檔餐廳廚房同等工作經驗一年以上;
5.擁有酒店、餐廳相關經驗者優先考慮。
1.Holds diploma/certificate in Culinary training;
2.Good Hygiene Knowledge;
3.Basic Culinary skills;
4.One year work experience as Commis in a hotel or restaurant with good standards;
5.Essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry.
