招ADD廚房中式炒鍋副廚師長
1.確保所有接觸客人的烹飪員工履行品牌承諾,并始終為客人提供的服務。
2.與會議宴會廚房廚師長一起,將主要精力放在提升生產力水平上,并按可接受的指導標準審慎地管理公用設施/薪水成本,確保全職和兼職員工的最佳部署及所有設備的能效。
3.審查菜單,分析食譜,確定食物、勞務、管理成本,制定合理的菜單價格。
4.估算食物的用量,制定食物和廚房物資領料單。
5.與餐務部共同建立、控制和維護整個廚房內的最高衛生級別。
Job Description:
1.Ensures that all guest contact culinary associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
2.Working with the Chef de Cuisine – Events Kitchen, focuses attention onimproving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment of full time andcasual associates and energy efficiency of all equipment.
3.Reviews menus, analyses recipes, determines food, labour, overhead costs and assigns prices to menu items.
4.Estimates food consumption and makes requisition for food and kitchen supplies.
5.In collaboration with Stewarding Department,establishes, controls and maintains the highest level of hygiene throughout the kitchen
