【崗位職責】
1、全面負責西餐廳的日常運營管理工作，確保餐廳服務質量和運營效率
2、制定并執行餐廳服務標準、工作流程及管理制度
3、負責餐廳員工排班、培訓及績效考核，提升團隊專業素質
4、監督食品質量、衛生安全及成本控制，確保符合酒店標準
5、處理客人投訴及突發事件，維護酒店品牌形象
6、分析經營數據，制定營銷策略，完成營收目標
7、協調廚房與其他部門的工作配合
【崗位要求】
1、大專及以上學歷，酒店管理、餐飲管理相關專業優先
2、2年以上高端西餐廳管理經驗，熟悉西餐服務流程
3、具備優秀的團隊管理能力和服務意識
4、精通餐飲成本控制及品質管理
5、英語口語流利者優先
語言能力：英語-良好計算機能力：良好年齡要求：20-45歲
