4、維護酒店信息系統，保證所有預定、 價格和市場代碼的更新，保證所有的客戶信息正確記錄，酒店和中央預定系統連接順暢。
5、交流的時候熱情的語調和所有賓客問候，讓他們覺得受到酒店的歡迎。
6、及時準確的為酒店內外賓客轉接電話。
7、準確及時的為客人傳遞信息，確保顧客隱私。
8、保證所有預訂根據當天價格進行。??
9、遵循酒店品牌標準，保護客人隱私，防止酒店數據泄露。
10、了解酒店周邊地區的最新信息，名勝，風景地等，為顧客提供方便。
