1、負責(zé)會所餐飲銷售策略的制定與執(zhí)行，完成月度、季度及年度銷售目標
2、開拓并維護高端客戶資源，建立長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系
3、策劃并組織實施各類餐飲促銷活動，提升會所品牌影響力
4、分析市場動態(tài)及競爭對手情況，及時調(diào)整銷售方案
5、協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部各部門資源，確保客戶服務(wù)品質(zhì)與用餐體驗
6、定期提交銷售報表及市場分析報告
