崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)公共區(qū)域用品、設(shè)備、器材的正確使用和保管。
2.巡視公共區(qū)域衛(wèi)生，檢查公共區(qū)域設(shè)備、設(shè)施的維修情況；制定及執(zhí)行公共區(qū)域的清潔計(jì)劃。
3.控制所有清潔物品的用量，做好領(lǐng)取備用物品的工作。
4.了解酒店內(nèi)的客情、會(huì)議、宴會(huì)情況，處理公共區(qū)域的突發(fā)事件。
5.負(fù)責(zé)地毯、墻面、大理石地面、清潔設(shè)備等的保養(yǎng)、固定物資的檢查工作。
6.不斷研究衛(wèi)生工作中出現(xiàn)的新問題，制定并落實(shí)改進(jìn)方案。
崗位要求
1.能進(jìn)行基本的英語(yǔ)對(duì)話，有較強(qiáng)的組織能力，善于協(xié)調(diào)與有關(guān)部門及部門內(nèi)部的工作關(guān)系。
2.熟悉公共區(qū)域組所有清潔劑、設(shè)備、器材的性能、操作及保養(yǎng)方法，熟悉洗滌設(shè)備及各種棉織品的洗滌方法，具有強(qiáng)烈的工作責(zé)任感，工作計(jì)劃性強(qiáng)，能發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決工作中的問題。
