崗位職責
1.負責公共區域用品、設備、器材的正確使用和保管。
2.巡視公共區域衛生，檢查公共區域設備、設施的維修情況；制定及執行公共區域的清潔計劃。
3.控制所有清潔物品的用量，做好領取備用物品的工作。
4.了解酒店內的客情、會議、宴會情況，處理公共區域的突發事件。
5.負責地毯、墻面、大理石地面、清潔設備等的保養、固定物資的檢查工作。
6.不斷研究衛生工作中出現的新問題，制定并落實改進方案。
崗位要求
1.能進行基本的英語對話，有較強的組織能力，善于協調與有關部門及部門內部的工作關系。
2.熟悉公共區域組所有清潔劑、設備、器材的性能、操作及保養方法，熟悉洗滌設備及各種棉織品的洗滌方法，具有強烈的工作責任感，工作計劃性強，能發現和解決工作中的問題。
