【崗位職責】
1、查看交班記錄，了解上一班的移交事項，并負責處理；
2、熟悉預訂資料，了解客情，尤其要記住即將來電的貴賓、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活動；
3、熟練掌握店內信息，提供準確的問訊服務；
4、負責為下榻酒店的賓客辦理入住登記手續；
5、制作有關報表，為其它部門提供準確的接待信息。
【崗位要求】
1、專科以上文化程度，良好的英語口語；
2、性格開朗、頭腦靈活、工作踏實，具有較強的服務意識、推銷意識和責任感；
3、會使用opera系統優先考慮。
