【崗位職責】
1. 負責問詢和前臺的管理工作。
2. 掌握客房預訂情況、來客流量及主要客人的抵離時間，并做相應的安排，合理的排房，負責VIP接待工作的落實。
3. 建立良好的賓客關系，在客人入住期間為其提供更便捷的服務，處理賓客有關投訴及意見。
【崗位要求】
1. 形象氣質佳，有親和力和服務意識。
2. 大專及以上，酒店相關專業，會使用Opera系統，有過國際品牌酒店或公寓經驗者優先。
3. 掌握基礎英語。
4. 具備良好的溝通能力，能有效的幫助及處理客人需求。
5. 有抗壓及應變能力。
6. 具備團隊合作精神，能與同事協作完成工作任務。
