【崗位職責(zé)】
1. 負(fù)責(zé)問詢和前臺(tái)的管理工作。
2. 掌握客房預(yù)訂情況、來客流量及主要客人的抵離時(shí)間，并做相應(yīng)的安排，合理的排房，負(fù)責(zé)VIP接待工作的落實(shí)。
3. 建立良好的賓客關(guān)系，在客人入住期間為其提供更便捷的服務(wù)，處理賓客有關(guān)投訴及意見。
【崗位要求】
1. 形象氣質(zhì)佳，有親和力和服務(wù)意識(shí)。
2. 大專及以上，酒店相關(guān)專業(yè)，會(huì)使用Opera系統(tǒng)，有過國際品牌酒店或公寓經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 掌握基礎(chǔ)英語。
4. 具備良好的溝通能力，能有效的幫助及處理客人需求。
5. 有抗壓及應(yīng)變能力。
6. 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能與同事協(xié)作完成工作任務(wù)。
