崗位職責：
1. 清潔負責區域內客房及公共區域的清潔工作，確保清潔的標準及物品的擺放達到規范的標準；
2. 及時向主管報告維修的項目和設備，并報告維修結果，配合工程部維修時的開門及善后清潔工作；
3. 及時收取客衣，檢查客衣單的填寫正解；
4. 確保領用的鑰匙按規定合理使用，并安全地歸還房務中心；
5. 及時上繳客人的遺留物品，認真填寫遺留物品登記單；
6. 保管樓層布草及其它可用品，確保合理的使用不浪費。
7.準確無誤地填寫每日的工作報表，及時匯報負責區域內的特殊情況。
崗位要求：
1. 品貌端正，有一定客房服務工作經驗者優先；
2. 有良好的服務意識和吃苦耐勞的精神。
