Develop and maintain a regular patternof sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
設立和保持定期的銷售拜訪模式，與目標市場的主要人物會面。
Provides direction on, and conductsmarket research and analysis
指導和進行市場調研和分析。
Sells to new, existing and prospectivecustomers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiatingoptimum rate for the benefit of the business
根據在銷售策略中既定目標，向新的、現有的、有可能的客戶進行銷售，并與其談判商定最適合的價格以爭取最大的利潤。
Conduct client interviews
對客戶進行拜訪。
Entertain clients
招待客戶。
Plan and conduct familiarization toursand site inspections
策劃并實施使客人熟悉環境的現場考察活動。
