Primary Responsibilities主要職責
·Implemented and delivered LQA standards to every guest in daily operation.
·Honesty is a work basis, ensure implement on work with honesty all times.
·Knowledgeable about all events and information of the immediate and surrounding area, while provide new information for maintaining a library of relevant information.
·To be efficient and prompt handling and delivery of all messages, facsimiles and parcels throughout the hotel.
·Strictly to follow all Concierge Policies and Procedures are adhered.
·Directs guests and visitors to any of the Hotel’s facilities.
·To keep the cleanliness of the Concierge counter, equipment and storage, and responsible for the maintenance of all Concierge equipment.
·Implement that all information requested by the local police authorities are adhered.

·以誠信為工作基本,在任何時候都需要誠實的執行酒店所有財務制度。
·熟知酒店周邊區域所有各項活動和信息,并不斷保持信息資料庫的更新。
·高效和迅速的處理和交付酒店內所有信件、傳真和包裹。
·嚴格執行部門各項政策與程序。
·指引客人及來訪者到任何酒店的設施。
·保持禮賓臺,禮賓設備和儲藏間的衛生,對所有禮賓部運營品的維護保養負責。
·嚴格遵守并實行由當地執法部門所要求的全部事項。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
·Relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand
·Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
·Service oriented with an eye for details
·Good presentation, influencing skills
·Adaptable and flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
