Primary Responsibilities主要職責

• To maintain a high guest service focus and?excellent rapport by approaching the job with the guests always in mind?and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests as?detailed in the Brand architecture section the Spirit of The Individuality?Program?handout.
• To have a positive?impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues,?always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues.

• To be flexible,?responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the?performance of any tasks requested.
• To ensure the opening and closing of the swimming pool procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

• To contribute ideas and suggestions and?actively promote the services to enhance operational/environmental?procedures and facilities in the property.To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest?with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.
• Ensures sufficient stock of items in swimming pool areas including towels, water, beverages, magazines, newspapers, and amenities.
• Be vigilant and responsible for the safety of all guests within the pool areas.
• To maintain the cleanliness of pool area, pick up any trash and place into the garbage bin.
• To ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
• Check the water quality of the swimming pool regularly every day and record it.

• 隨時警惕和負責游泳池區域內客人的人身安全。
• 保持游泳池區域干凈，將垃圾投放到垃圾桶內。
• 運用正確安全的技術確保所有的活動及工作在安全的環境中進行。
• 每日定時檢查泳池水質并書面記錄。

Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗

• At least 1-year experience in 5-star international hotel, be comfortable communicating with others.
• Ability to operates the swim pool equipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period.
• Must have the national occupational qualification certification swimming life-saving certificat.
