Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
· Provides general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner.
· Handles or resolves any guest complaints and establishes good relationships with guests and clients of the hotel.
· Assumes other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
· Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.

處理或者解決客人的投訴,并且同酒店的客人建立起良好的關(guān)系
完成前廳部經(jīng)理分配的其它工作。
觀察客人的日常行為和活動(dòng),消除客人的不滿并且同客人以及酒店的客戶建立起友好的關(guān)系。
Knowledge and Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
·??Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
·??Minimum three (3) years relevant
experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand
·?PMS and Office software knowledge
·Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English
·Members of Les Clefs d’Or
·Well connected with local market
