崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責
- Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions.
- Assists Pastry Chef in training Commis, and participates in product development and quality control.
- Ensure the operation of the Pastry Kitchen. Prepare and cooks food in all areas of the Pastry Kitchen as and when directed.
- Organizes and supervises the work carried out by commis chefs and apprentices in the area under his/her responsibility.?
- Helps subordinate develop their skills to the best of their ability and provides support for career development.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
- Participate in the control of food quality/taste/presentation.
- 根據標準工作流程、備料單、照片及上級指示準備食物。
- 協助餅房廚師長培訓西點廚師,參與西點出品和質量的管控。
- 保證餅房工作運作的順利進行。在指導下進行所有食品的準備工作。
- 管理和監督所屬范圍內的廚師及廚工的工作。
- 幫助下屬提高他們的技能并為他們的職業發展提供支持。
- 參與食品質量、口感、裝裱等的管控工作。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
- High school,formal studies in Pastry/Baking.
- Minimum 2to 3 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel.
- Acknowledgedmanagerial skills.??
- Perfectknowledge of FSMS guidelines.? ? ??
- Computerliterate in the Windows environment.? ??
- 熟悉電腦操作知知識。
- 至少2到3年四星或五星級酒店的相關工作經驗。
- 具有相關管理技能。
- 高中學歷,或正規糕點烘焙學校學習。
- 了解,熟悉FSMS知識。
