崗位職責/職位描述

Primary Responsibilities主要職責

·At all times, promote a positive image of Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Centerand the hotel in all forms of contact.

·Promote and sell furniture and related products, promote the hotel, guest room, meeting/banquet and F&B outlets, SPA and Fitness Center, promotionpackages etc.

·Able to conduct hotel tour in a professional manner, welcome all guests at the hotel/department upon arrival and provide detailed information as and when required.

·Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.

·Develop and foster a good working rapport with all guests, clients, department colleagues, other departments and members of the public.

·Maintain existing business and develop new accounts, maintain good business relationship with all producers.

·Promotes the hotel as often as possible through site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.

·Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.

·Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

·Keep well informed about the product (furniture, guest room, catering and other facilities),maintains contacts with Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Centerand all other departments in the hotel.

·推薦和銷售家具及其相關產品,酒店、客房、會議、宴會、餐廳、水療和健身中心、推廣套餐等。

·記錄客戶對于酒店發展的建議和更新的信息。

·發展與所有客戶、部門同事、其他部門和公眾的良好工作關系。

·保持現有客戶并發展新的客戶, 同客戶保持良好的商業關系。

·通過參觀酒店、介紹酒店等活動推銷酒店。

·完成每周的款待和活動計劃。

·鼓勵和發展同公眾、旅客、客戶以及商界人士之間的積極緊密關系。

·關注羅浮宮國際家具博覽中心和酒店情況(家具、住宿、飲食和其它設備)。要與相關部門保持聯系。


Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗

·?Possess the language and write skills, and type and operate the computer skillfully, help to deal with the internal related letters work.

·?Mastering statistics, prediction and secretary knowledge.

·?Possess the foreign language reading and writing skill, have ability to deal with every kind of documents and data .

·?Know well about the Sales & Marketing Department ?business activities and assist the task of each position .

·?Possess the ability about the public and social communication? .? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??
