崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
- To assist the Executive Housekeeper led the Housekeeping Department by developing and implementing departmental objectives in line with the hotel business objectives.
- Supervise housekeeping operations such as cleaning and maintenance whilst ensuring compliance with all housekeeping policies, procedures, standards and satisfaction of guests’ needs.
- Inspect all responsible areas daily and take corrective measures in order to meet brand standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and supply.
- Coordinate Housekeeping duties with various departments such as Front Desk, Engineering, Sales and Marketing and Food & Beverage to ensure that all guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained in a timely and efficient manner.
- Make recommendations to management on equipment, work methods, supplies and decorations.
- Keep abreast of all new equipment and cleaning products and evaluate their quality。
- Participate in the planning of hotel decoration for special functions and festive seasons and organize the necessary actions.
- Adheres to and promotes the health & safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledgeable all safety & emergency procedures.
- Select, train, develop, schedule and manage the performance of direct and indirect subordinates to ensure the efficient running of housekeeping operations.
- Identifies training needs, check training plan of all Housekeeping sub-departments and follow-up to ensure compliance and efficiency of training activities.
- Drafts and evaluate work flows to improve and optimize organization.
- Management and responsible for FF&E inventory and preservation.
- Oversee all labor cost controls within budget limits and occupancy variances to maximize productivity.
- Deputizes for the Executive Housekeeper when required.

- 監(jiān)督清潔、維護等客房部日常運營,同時確保與部門制度、程序、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客人滿意度相符。
- 每日檢查所有責(zé)任區(qū)域并采取改進措施,以達到品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對清潔、維護和供應(yīng)方面的要求。
- 與前臺、工程、市場銷售和餐飲部協(xié)調(diào)日常工作,確保所有客房和公共區(qū)域都能及時有效地保持清潔和維護。
- 給予有關(guān)設(shè)備、工作方法、運營品及裝飾的合理建議。
- 熟悉新設(shè)備和清潔產(chǎn)品,對其質(zhì)量進行評估。
- 參與并安排酒店為特殊活動和節(jié)日而進行的裝飾。
- 堅持并推行健康與安全政策,以確保安全的工作環(huán)境;同時確保所有同事都熟悉了解安全及緊急程序。
- 選擇、培訓(xùn)、發(fā)展、安排和管理直接和間接下屬的績效表現(xiàn),以確保客房部的有效運營。
- 確認(rèn)培訓(xùn)需求,檢查各分部門的培訓(xùn)計劃,并跟蹤培訓(xùn)進展以及確認(rèn)培訓(xùn)效果。
- 對工作流程進行制定和評估以達到優(yōu)化提升的目的。
- 對酒店固定資產(chǎn)盤點和保養(yǎng)進行管理并負(fù)責(zé)。
- 通過監(jiān)督管控人工成本與入住率之間的差異來優(yōu)化勞動生產(chǎn)率。
- 在需要時代理履行行政管家的職責(zé)。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經(jīng)驗
- Technical skills for Housekeeping/Laundry.
- Supervisory and leadership skills – collaborative, enabling, andentrepreneurial.
- Interpersonal skills well developed with guests, talents, management.
- Use/knowledge of PMS, Opera, FOLS.
- ?Able to solve problem/make decision within scope.
- Attention to detail especially cleanliness, room presentation.
- Able to work independently, reliable, self-directed.
- 對客房服務(wù)和洗衣部門專業(yè)的管理技能。

- 使用/了解PMS, Opera,F(xiàn)OLS。
