·Provide courses for Orientation, and Group trainings.
·Collates and compiles hotel training materials.
·Motivate trainees.
·Assists in the improvement of talent work performance as well as develop better service
·initiative for hotel guests.
·Monitors training for new talents.

Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
·Bachelor degree above.
·3 years or above experience in training area at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
·Fluent oral and written English.
·With capability of communication and coordination.

·本科或以上學歷。
·3年以上國際品牌酒店培訓工作的經驗。
·有良好的英語能力。
·有較強的溝通協調和管理能力。
