崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
- Welcome and assisting our guests with enthusiasm, effciency and professionally at all times, handle any guests' problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner. Ensure they are resolved and followed through.
- Opera Knowledge & Skill.
- Front Office & F&B Service background.
- 以熱情好客的態(tài)度歡迎所有客人,為客人提供所需的協(xié)助,處理賓客的問題或投訴以確保問題得到解決并跟進。
- 熟悉使用opera。
- 招聘前廳服務(wù)/餐飲服務(wù)賓客關(guān)系經(jīng)理各1人。
Knowledgeand Experience知識和經(jīng)驗
- Hospitality/tourism degree preferred; 1+ years’ guest relation experience in international hotels.
- Fluent in English; additional language.skills(Chinese/Russian/German/French, etc.) preferred.
- Cross-culturally adaptable, able to integrate well into team environments, strong learning ability with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, open to job rotation training.
- 酒店管理/旅游相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,1年以上國際品牌酒店對客服務(wù)經(jīng)驗。
- 英語流利,掌握第二外語(中文/俄語/德語/法語等)為佳。
- 具有跨文化適應(yīng)能力,能夠很好地融入團隊環(huán)境,具備較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力,對酒店業(yè)充滿熱情,樂于接受崗位輪換培訓(xùn)。
