Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
·Doing negotiation with the business team and travel team about operations well. Promote the events positively. Expand the customer’s source, on the premise that to meet the highest interest of hotel. Sign the sales contract, and ensure sales plan would be finished.
·Deal with the letters and telephones about the meal and banquet booking or meeting of major clients, welcome their visiting. Keep and develop the business relationship well.
·Do communication and coordination job well with all department, check and implement about the contract administration and the arrangement of the important banquet or meeting, ensure achieve the sales promise.
·Set up each business negotiation profile. And set up the individual profile of food and drink frequent guest.
·Protect the benefit of hotel; obey sales and activity rules of hotel strictly.
·Give a polite compliment to honored guest of hotel, know whether they satisfy the service of hotel, whether need some assistances to solve problem.
·Administering every task in the banquet meeting notice list should according to the agreement which signed with clients. And pay attention to the hotel arrangement in reason and right.
·Know the situation of the local and outside company market, keep contact with the potential company, mastery the business sales chance, and supervise the banquet SM to do the sale well of their responsive regions and clients.
·做好與商務(wù)團(tuán)體、旅行團(tuán)體等進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)洽談,積極推銷(xiāo)宴會(huì),開(kāi)拓客源,在滿(mǎn)足酒店利益的前提下,簽訂銷(xiāo)售合同,并確保銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃的完成。
·處理主要客戶(hù)訂餐、訂宴會(huì)或會(huì)議的函電,接待他們的來(lái)訪,與他們保持和發(fā)展良好的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系。
·與所有部門(mén)搞好溝通和協(xié)調(diào)工作,檢查落實(shí)合同執(zhí)行情況以及重要宴會(huì)或會(huì)議的安排,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售時(shí)的承諾。
·建立各種業(yè)務(wù)會(huì)談的檔案。詳細(xì)建立餐飲常客的個(gè)人檔案。
·維護(hù)酒店的利益,嚴(yán)格遵守酒店的銷(xiāo)售和動(dòng)作規(guī)程。
·進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售拜訪,經(jīng)常對(duì)商務(wù)公司、旅行社和政府客戶(hù)進(jìn)行個(gè)人拜訪,建立良好的合作關(guān)系和將來(lái)業(yè)務(wù)的聯(lián)系。
·禮貌問(wèn)候酒店的宴會(huì)消費(fèi)貴賓,了解是否滿(mǎn)意酒店的服務(wù),是否有需要協(xié)助解決。
·宴會(huì)會(huì)議通知單上每項(xiàng)工作要根據(jù)與客戶(hù)簽訂的協(xié)議執(zhí)行,并注意店內(nèi)安排合理性和正確性。
·了解本地及外埠企業(yè)市場(chǎng)情況,與有宴會(huì)會(huì)議潛力公司保持經(jīng)常性聯(lián)系,掌握銷(xiāo)售機(jī)會(huì),并跟跟進(jìn)好所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域客戶(hù)。
Knowledge and Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
·Have more than five years work experiences about sales in hotel, should be engaged in basic level job
·Have the strong ability of social campaign, adapt to changes, and judge. Mastery sales professional knowledge, can guide the subordinate work
·Have the ability of language and can use a foreign language to do operation
·Mastering the knowledge of banquet sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work
·具有五年以上酒店銷(xiāo)售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),從事過(guò)基層工作。
·具有較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力、應(yīng)變能力及判斷能力,熟悉本職工作,掌握一定銷(xiāo)售專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),能引導(dǎo)下級(jí)人才工作。
·具有一定語(yǔ)言文字能力,并能熟練運(yùn)用一門(mén)外語(yǔ)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)。
·掌握一定宴會(huì)銷(xiāo)售的技能、技巧知識(shí),并具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及積極的工作態(tài)度。
